Wellbourne is run by Ross Gibbens, Michael Kennedy and James Goodyear who met in London and worked together the acclaimed Michelin starred restaurant, Dabbous in Fitzrovia (UK).
The team has vast experience working in Michelin star restaurants in the United Kingdom and around the world, including Le Manior aux Quat’Saisons (**), Mugaritz (**) and Maemo (***).
The dedicated and talented kitchen team ensure that diners are treated to an unforgettable experience. They source the finest produce from the Val d’Aran and across Europe to create unique, refined flavoursome dishes.
At Wellbourne Salardu they wanted to create a home from home with a warm and welcoming environment for their guests. Whether they be relaxing by the cosy fireplaces enjoying a cocktail, catching up with family and friends in the informal Après Ski Restaurant or enjoying the fine dining tasting menu in the Charles Packe Room. Family is also important to the team and kids will be entertained in the dedicated Children’s Zone.
